Cancellation Policy
Brown Sugar Room Policies • By Appointment Only — All services are scheduled in advance. • Arrive with Clean Hair — Please come with freshly washed hair (damp is fine). • Late Arrivals — Appointments have a 10-minute grace period; beyond that, they may need to be rescheduled and a fee may apply. • Cancellations — 24-hour notice is required. Missed or late cancellations are subject to a 50% service charge. • Fringe Trims — Complimentary for returning guests (1 between full cuts). • Payments — Credit card, cash, or digital payments accepted.
